No, sorry. At this time we are only able to sell and ship items to addresses in the continental United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses. We hope to offer our products and services to other locations in the near future.

Each airline has specific requirements, so it's best to check with the airline you and your pet are flying as to what their carrier requirements are. Wrong, sorry. Just like people clothing, dog clothing sizes vary from designer to designer. You should always measure your pup and refer to the size chart listed in the item description to make sure that adorable little sweater will fit her.

Just like people, our four legged friends come in all different shapes and sizes. If you have a less common breed, you may want to check with us before ordering. When will you charge my credit card? Is it charged as soon as I order something from you?
No, we do not charge a customer's credit card before their order has shipped. If it seems like your credit card was charged, most likely it was only authorized and not actually charged. When you place an order on our website (or any website) using your credit card, the credit card is automatically "authorized" for the amount of your order. This authorization will temporarily reduce the amount of available credit on your credit/debit card. There is only an actual charge if it shows up on your paper credit card statement.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
No, sorry. As soon as you're done checking out, we start processing your order in an effort to get it to you as fast as possible. We do allow returns within 20 days of receiving your order, so if you decided against the item, send it back to us, and we'll refund you for your total, minus any shipping, handling or restocking fees provided the item(s) is received in new and unused condition.

What are your shipping charges?

We may, from time to time, offer free shipping with a coupon code on orders, before sales tax. Our free shipping offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional certificates or coupons.
Our shipping rates are based upon current published rates of FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Free STANDARD Shipping On Orders Over $150.00 and is NOT applicable to PRIORITY or EXPEDITED shipping. We will choose the method of shipping. If you choose Priority or Expedited Shipping at check-out you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees and your order will not ship until additional shipping fees have been paid. PLEASE NOTE: Some items such as carriers, furniture, beds, oversized items, etc. are ineligible for free shipping due to the size and weight. Also, most bowls, treats and/or cakes are ineligible for free shipping due to special packaging to ensure a safe shipment.

I just ordered a whole bunch of dog clothes from your site. When are they going to arrive?
Most items arrive in 5 - 15 business days after the day the item was shipped. Handcrafted and customized items, such as personalized tags, made-to-order collars, and hand-made clothing, tend to take a little longer. If the item has an exceptionally long delivery time, it is usually mentioned in the product description.

Why did I receive several different packages for one order?
We ship from many different warehouses, so if you ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one package.

What if my package cannot be delivered?
If your package is returned or refused for some reason, we will attempt to contact you via email or telephone. If we are not able to get in touch with you, your card will be charged for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. To avoid this problem, please make sure you entered the correct shipping address when you ordered from us, and make sure there's someone available to accept your package when it arrives.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you (and your pup) to be satisfied with your purchase. If you changed your mind, send it back to us in new and unused condition within 20 days of receiving it for an exchange, store credit or refund (less 20% restocking fee). Items received after 20 days will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be shipped back to you at your cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Any and all shipping fees incurred are NON-REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for all shipping fees for returns and exchanges (i.e., shipping the item back to us and the shipping fees incurred when shipping back to you.
Also, if you have utilized the free shipping on orders over $150, please note that additional shipping fees for exchanges and/or returns are the responsibility of the customer for both ways of shipment. Free shipping is available one-time per order over $150 and is not offered for exchanges and returns.

What is your policy on custom orders?
We do not allow returns or exchanges on custom or engraved orders. To ensure that you are satisfied with your selection, be sure to measure your dog and refer to the size chart provided in the product description. When ordering an engraved item, double-check your spelling. Typos happen to everyone, and you don't want "Fluffy" to suddenly become "Fuffy".

What is your holiday return policy?
Items purchased from November 15 through December 23 can be returned 20 days from the date of receipt of merchandise or by January 15, whichever date occurs later. All other conditions of our standard return policy apply.
